  •    Intimate items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons unless they are found to be defective.
  •   Products that have been personalized or customized are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are found to be defective.

  •  If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  •  We may require photo evidence of the defect or damage to initiate the return or exchange process.
  •  Once the defect or damage is verified, we will provide you with a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference or availability.
