- Shipping Methods and Timeframes:
- We offer standard shipping and express shipping options for domestic and international orders.
- The estimated delivery timeframes and costs will be, based on your location, and selected shipping method. As a rule, you can expect to receive your order the next day if your shipping address is in the North Island, for South Island delivery expect two days for delivery. All Rural Delivery’s may take up to 3-4 days.
- Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance and local postal services.
- Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through our website or the courier’s tracking portal.
- Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently only ship to New Zealand.
- Some products may have specific shipping restrictions to certain regions due to local regulations or logistical constraints.
- Delivery Attempts and Signature:
- Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts if the recipient is unavailable at the provided address and a signature is needed. Alternatively, they will leave the parcel either in your post box or by your front door.
